Constant fatigue, Laryngitis, Canker Sores and now a cold sore in my nose...what is wrong with me??? - canker sore in nose

I'm on 3 different DRS 3 was saying something else. One of them said that I said to suffer from exhaustion, and there's really nothing wrong, another allergy and I have said that acid reflux ... Now it seems realistic to think, but what? Please be polite, I'm serious on this issue.
